The Media Exchange
Digital Marketing to bring an established company up to date.
The Media Exchange is a specialist recruitment company based in London. They offer recruitment services for high end clients and deal with fantastic talent across the programmatic advertising industry.
The Brief
The Media Exchange informed me that they had employed a low level digital marketer to work on their social presence, to little avail – lots of focus on follower numbers instead of follower quality.
Together we planned out some targets and designed a 3-month marketing plan for the business to move it forward and get new clients.
The Process
Researching the recruitment market, I approached this challenge by observing what other recruitment agencies do online, particularly on social media.
I produced branded social media content for The Media Exchange and scheduled it to send on their behalf. In addition to this I designed new email templates and began to grow their email database.
Lastly, I designed, wrote and distributed specialist recruitment articles for my client to further increase their specialist offering and appearance online.
The Result
The Media Exchange have seen increases in their email database, an uptake in responses to their weekly email and a spike in traffic to their website from social media sources.
We continue to work together to craft their digital marketing strategy to this day.
