Urban Kings
A new design for a regular client, showing off their most precious assets. Their martial arts trainers.
Urban Kings Gym is London’s premier Mixed Martial Arts gym, based in the heart of the city at King’s Cross. Urban Kings is proud of its specialist offering, quality surroundings and premium quality.
The Brief
As a regular digital marketing client, Urban Kings approached me to help them with their branding. As a company that has a lot of online and in-house marketing collateral, it is important that their designs are in a similar style and of great quality. Urban Kings asked me to produce an in-gym poster that would display their trainers in a professional and ‘cool’ way.
The Process
Using the gym’s own photography of their trainers, I used my photoshop skills to edit and cut the photos into the perfect shape and position. From here I created a layout that would house the copy for the posters as well as act as a template for all of their future trainers.
The Result
The clean, dark design produces a bold effect with clear copy and creating striking elements that catch the eye. The trainers themselves are very happy with the finished article and each trainer now has a profile proudly displayed inside the gym.
